Responsibilities
- Assist licensed plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance tasks
- Perform drain cleaning, fixture replacements, and leak repairs under supervision
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean work environments
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate with homeowners
- Complete service reports and document work performed
- Participate in hands-on training sessions to develop technical skills
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required
- Availability to work weekends (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
