Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing fixtures, pipes, and drainage systems
- Perform routine inspections and troubleshooting for residential properties
- Assist senior plumbers with emergency weekend service calls
- Follow local plumbing codes and safety protocols
- Use diagnostic tools and hand/power equipment safely
- Document work orders and maintain service logs
- Participate in ongoing skills training programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving and mechanical aptitude
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts)
- Willingness to obtain plumbing certification within 6 months
- Background check and drug screen required
- Basic computer literacy for reporting
