Responsibilities
- Assist licensed plumbers with residential and commercial installations, repairs, and maintenance
- Perform basic plumbing tasks under supervision (pipe fitting, fixture repairs, drain clearing)
- Follow safety protocols and OSHA standards for plumbing work
- Prepare job sites, organize tools, and maintain clean work areas
- Document service reports and inventory usage
- Participate in weekend emergency call rotations as needed
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required - we provide full training!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work weekends and occasional evenings
- Basic hand tool knowledge preferred
