Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems under supervision
- Perform drain cleaning, pipefitting, and fixture repairs
- Read blueprints and technical schematics
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety standards
- Assist in diagnosing plumbing issues and executing solutions
- Prepare work areas and maintain clean, organized job sites
- Collaborate with senior plumbers on residential and commercial projects
- Participate in ongoing skills training and certification programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic plumbing knowledge preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to safety protocols and quality workmanship
- Willingness to obtain Pennsylvania plumbing license within 12 months
