Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems
- Assist senior plumbers with fixture replacements and pipe repairs
- Perform diagnostic testing and troubleshooting
- Adhere to safety protocols and building codes
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces
- Document service reports and inventory usage
- Participate in ongoing skills training
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Willingness to obtain Massachusetts plumbing license (training provided)
- Background check and drug screen required
