Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with residential and commercial plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance
- Perform drain cleaning, pipe fitting, and fixture troubleshooting under supervision
- Conduct preliminary system diagnostics and report findings to team leads
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and properly secure job sites
- Adhere to safety protocols and building codes in all tasks
- Complete detailed service reports and documentation
- Participate in ongoing skills training and certification programs
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required – we train motivated beginners!
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs, work in confined spaces, and stand for extended periods
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Greater Boston
- Willingness to work weekends and occasional evenings
- Basic hand tool proficiency or willingness to learn quickly
