Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems under supervision
- Assist with pipefitting, fixture installation, and drain cleaning
- Follow safety protocols and building codes for all projects
- Load/unload trucks and organize tools/materials
- Document work orders and maintain service logs
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly
- Learn and apply troubleshooting techniques for common plumbing issues
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid California driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation to San Jose job sites
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
- Commitment to weekend availability (6 AM - 4 PM)
