- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) and heavy equipment safely
- Read and interpret blueprints with 100% accuracy
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety protocols and local building codes
- Coordinate material handling and site logistics efficiently
- Maintain clean, organized work areas throughout all phases
- Perform quality checks on completed installations
- Collaborate with cross-functional trade teams seamlessly
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on construction labor experience
- OSHA 30-Hour certification or equivalent safety credentials
- Proficiency with power tools and construction equipment
- Ability to read technical blueprints and schematics
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ lbs and work in extreme conditions
- Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday) with occasional overtime
