Responsibilities
- Assist master plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and commercial plumbing systems
- Perform pipefitting, fixture repairs, and drain cleaning under supervision
- Adhere to safety protocols and building codes at all job sites
- Prepare job sites, clean work areas, and maintain inventory of tools/materials
- Complete paperwork and documentation for service orders and time tracking
- Participate in ongoing skills development and certification programs
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required – full training provided
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Pass background check and drug screening (mandatory)
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
