Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems
- Learn to diagnose plumbing issues using diagnostic tools and inspection methods
- Perform basic pipefitting, fixture repair, and drain clearing tasks
- Maintain clean and safe job sites following OSHA standards
- Complete daily paperwork and service reports accurately
- Participate in ongoing skills training and certification programs
- Represent the company professionally with clients and property owners
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required – we train from day one!
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Flexible availability including weekends and emergency calls
- Willingness to earn plumbing certifications within 6 months
- Positive attitude and commitment to safety protocols
