Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Technicians: Shadow and support senior plumbers with residential and commercial repairs, installations, and maintenance tasks.
- Tool Management: Learn to properly use, maintain, and organize all plumbing tools and equipment.
- Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with homeowners, answer questions regarding service, and maintain a professional appearance.
- Project Setup: Help prepare job sites, lay out pipes, and ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Code Compliance: Ensure all work adheres to local Austin building codes and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Entry Level Open: No prior plumbing experience required; we train the right candidates.
- Valid Driver’s License: Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions.
