Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Ensure compliance with Indiana plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service with clear communication
- Manage weekend emergency calls with quick response times
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Train junior plumbers on best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid Indiana plumbing license (Master Plumber preferred)
- OSHA 10 certification or equivalent
- Proficiency in pipefitting, water heater installation, and drain cleaning
- Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts)
