Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems (pipes, fixtures, water heaters)
- Diagnose plumbing issues using diagnostic tools and customer feedback
- Perform routine maintenance checks for existing clients
- Follow safety protocols and local plumbing codes
- Provide excellent customer service and clear communication
- Assist senior plumbers on complex projects
- Complete service reports and documentation accurately
- Keep work areas clean and organized
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required – we train from the ground up!
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving and mechanical aptitude
- Reliable transportation to job sites (company vehicle provided during work hours)
- Pass background check and drug screen
- Willingness to obtain required plumbing certifications (company-sponsored)
- Team player with strong work ethic
