Responsibilities
- Assist licensed plumbers with fixture installations, repairs, and pipefitting
- Perform drain cleaning, hydro-jetting, and leak detection under supervision
- Learn to read blueprints and technical schematics
- Maintain job sites with proper safety protocols and cleanliness
- Operate power tools (drills, saws, pipe cutters) safely
- Document work orders and inventory usage
- Participate in 40-hour paid annual training programs
Qualifications
- No plumbing experience required – we train from day one!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Willingness to obtain Washington plumbing apprentice license within 90 days
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
