Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, equipment, and fixtures
- Ensure all work is in compliance with local and national electrical codes
- Diagnose electrical problems using testing devices and tools
- Perform routine maintenance on electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical manuals
- Collaborate with team members and other trades as needed
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Respond to emergency calls and perform troubleshooting as required
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical school or apprenticeship preferred
- Valid electrician's license in the state of Georgia
- Proven experience as an electrician, preferably in commercial or industrial settings
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety protocols
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Physical ability to perform the job, including lifting, climbing, and working in various conditions
- Must be available to work night shift
