Responsibilities
- Perform physically demanding tasks including excavation, material handling, and site preparation
- Operate and maintain construction equipment safely (forklifts, power tools, etc.)
- Assist skilled trades with installation, framing, and finishing work
- Follow blueprints and safety protocols rigorously
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Participate in daily team briefings and progress updates
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of construction labor experience
- Valid OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Strong knowledge of construction safety standards
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
- Basic math skills for material measurement
