Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen in carpentry, masonry, and concrete work
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy equipment safely
- Prepare job sites, clean debris, and maintain organized work areas
- Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Load/unload materials and transport equipment as needed
- Perform general site maintenance and minor repairs
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of construction labor experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Experience with forklifts or aerial lifts preferred
