Responsibilities
- Execute precise excavation, grading, and earthwork operations
- Install and dismantle scaffolding, temporary structures, and safety barriers
- Mix, pour, and finish concrete with attention to structural integrity
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators, forklifts, and power tools
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and project specifications
- Assist skilled trades (carpenters, masons, electricians) with material handling
- Maintain organized job sites with proper waste management protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on construction labor experience
- OSHA 10/30 certification required
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license and clean driving record
- Proficiency with power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) and heavy equipment
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Blueprint reading and basic measurement skills
