Responsibilities
- Assist in building infrastructure projects including commercial buildings and public works
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts) with proper safety protocols
- Prepare construction sites through material handling and site clearing
- Read blueprints and follow instructions from site supervisors
- Maintain clean and organized work environments
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Valid California driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in outdoor environments
- Basic knowledge of power tools and construction materials
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
