Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, carrying, and manual tasks on construction sites
- Operate hand/power tools and light equipment safely
- Assist skilled tradespersons (carpenters, masons, etc.) with material preparation
- Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free work areas
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Read blueprints and interpret basic instructions
- Complete daily equipment maintenance checks
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of construction labor experience
- Valid OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Strong physical stamina and endurance
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screen
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
