Responsibilities
- Execute physically demanding tasks including excavation, concrete pouring, and structural framing
- Safely operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts, jackhammers)
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and site regulations
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure precise project execution
- Coordinate with skilled trades (carpenters, electricians, plumbers)
- Load/unload materials and maintain organized job sites
- Perform daily equipment maintenance and safety checks
Qualifications
- 3+ years of commercial construction experience
- OSHA 30 certification required (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in extreme weather conditions
- Expertise in power tools (saws, drills, grinders)
- Basic blueprint reading and math skills
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
