Responsibilities
- Execute precise construction tasks including excavation, concrete pouring, and framing
- Safely operate heavy machinery and power tools under OSHA guidelines
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure project specifications are met
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and adhere to safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines
- Inspect completed work for quality assurance and compliance
- Assist in material handling and inventory management
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on construction experience
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Proficiency with hand/power tools and heavy equipment operation
- Ability to read construction blueprints and technical documents
- Strong physical stamina and ability to work in extreme weather
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Experience with residential/commercial construction preferred
