Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and material handling tasks
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy machinery safely and efficiently
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trade professionals on complex projects
- Maintain clean, organized job sites per OSHA regulations
- Read blueprints and follow precise construction specifications
- Participate in daily safety briefings and hazard mitigation
- Complete daily equipment inspections and maintenance logs
Qualifications
- 2+ years of commercial construction experience
- Valid OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic blueprint reading and measurement skills
- Class B CDL preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality record
- Ability to work in diverse weather conditions
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
