Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with site preparation and cleanup duties
- Operate hand tools (hammers, shovels, levels) and basic equipment
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized job sites
- Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
- Support concrete, framing, and finishing tasks under supervision
- Perform trenching, excavation, and demolition as assigned
- Complete daily equipment maintenance checks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Reliable transportation to job sites
