Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and masons with site preparation and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Load/un construction materials and equipment
- Maintain clean, organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Perform basic demolition and site cleanup tasks
- Adhere to strict safety protocols at all times
- Support team members on diverse commercial/residential projects
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Pass pre-employment background check
- Basic tool knowledge preferred (training provided)
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather

- Commitment to weekly availability (Mon-Fri 7AM-4PM)
