Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and foundation work following blueprints and safety protocols
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators, bulldozers, and forklifts with precision
- Assist in concrete pouring, finishing, and curing for commercial structures
- Install and frame structural components, walls, and roofing systems
- Maintain equipment and job site cleanliness while adhering to OSHA standards
- Collaborate with supervisors and tradespeople to ensure project timelines are met
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on construction experience in commercial or residential projects
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery operation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks in varying weather
