Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential/commercial plumbing systems including water heaters, pipes, drains, and fixtures
- Install new plumbing systems for renovation and construction projects
- Perform emergency weekend service calls with 24/7 on-call rotation
- Inspect plumbing systems to ensure compliance with local and national codes
- Estimate project costs and provide detailed quotes to customers
- Maintain inventory of tools and parts for mobile service vehicles
- Document all work performed and maintain customer service records
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid Washington State Plumbing Journeyman license
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Availability to work weekends and occasional holidays
