Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including excavation, concrete pouring, and framing
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts) with proper certifications
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean job sites
- Read blueprints and technical drawings for accurate project execution
- Collaborate with supervisors and tradespeople to meet deadlines
- Inspect materials for quality compliance before installation
- Assist in site preparation and cleanup operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of construction labor experience
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic blueprint reading and measurement skills
- Class B CDL license or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Reliable transportation to job sites across San Antonio
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Strong teamwork and communication abilities
