Responsibilities
- Execute precise excavation, grading, and site preparation tasks
- Install and remove construction scaffolding and temporary structures
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) safely and efficiently
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized work zones
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Assist skilled tradesmen with concrete, framing, and finishing work
- Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years commercial construction experience required
- Valid OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Class C driver's license with clean driving record
- Basic blueprint reading and measurement proficiency
- Strong physical stamina and hand-eye coordination
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug and background screening
- Spanish bilingual preferred for diverse team coordination
