Responsibilities
- Execute diverse construction tasks including excavation, concrete pouring, and framing
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents
- Maintain strict compliance with OSHA safety protocols and site regulations
- Collaborate with skilled tradesmen (electricians, plumbers, carpenters) on complex projects
- Perform quality control inspections and material handling
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on construction labor experience
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Class A or B CDL license preferred
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Proficiency with power tools and construction equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
