Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality electrical installations, repairs, and troubleshooting on commercial and industrial projects.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams to plan layouts effectively.
- Ensure all work is performed in strict accordance with local and national electrical codes (NEC) and company safety standards.
- Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems to identify potential hazards or inefficiencies.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and time logs.
- Collaborate with project managers and foremen to ensure timely and budget-conscious project delivery.
- Train and mentor apprentice electricians on proper techniques and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician License in the State of Missouri.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in commercial or industrial electrical work.
- Strong knowledge of electrical theory, circuitry, and power distribution systems.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently during night shift hours.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
