Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor tasks including excavation, material handling, and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy machinery safely and efficiently
- Follow detailed blueprints and supervisor instructions for project execution
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Assist skilled tradesmen (carpenters, masons, electricians) as needed
- Complete daily equipment maintenance and safety checks
- Participate in team briefings and project coordination meetings
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years verifiable construction labor experience
- OSHA 10-Hour certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Valid California Driver's License with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic blueprint reading and measurement proficiency
- Strong teamwork ethic and punctuality
- Reliable transportation to job sites across the Bay Area
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
