Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, fixtures, and equipment in residential/commercial settings
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications to execute precise electrical layouts
- Ensure strict compliance with California Electrical Code (CEC), OSHA standards, and local regulations
- Diagnose complex electrical issues using advanced testing equipment and troubleshooting methodologies
- Perform system inspections, preventative maintenance, and safety compliance audits
- Collaborate with project teams to coordinate seamless installations and renovations
- Manage inventory, tools, and equipment to optimize workflow efficiency
- Maintain detailed documentation of work performed and system modifications
Qualifications
- Valid California Electrician Journeyman or Master License
- Minimum 5 years of verifiable commercial/residential electrical experience
- Expert knowledge of NEC/CEC codes, energy efficiency standards, and safety protocols
- Proficiency in reading technical diagrams, blueprints, and construction plans
- Strong diagnostic skills with experience using multimeters, clamp meters, and circuit testers
- OSHA 10/30 certification and CPR/First Aid training preferred
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work at heights, and perform physically demanding tasks
