Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial settings
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure strict compliance with NEC, OSHA, and Ohio electrical codes
- Diagnose complex electrical issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Manage projects from planning to final inspection and client handover
- Train and mentor junior electricians on best practices
- Document work orders, safety reports, and material usage
Qualifications
- Valid Ohio Journeyman Electrician license (mandatory)
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on electrical experience
- Proven expertise with conduit bending, circuit design, and load calculations
- OSHA 10/30 certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong diagnostic skills for troubleshooting diverse systems
- Ability to work independently in varied environments (residential, industrial)
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Valid driver's license with clean record
