Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial properties
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations
- Diagnose electrical issues using specialized testing equipment
- Supervise junior electricians and coordinate project timelines
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical guidance
- Perform safety inspections and implement corrective measures
- Manage inventory and order necessary materials for projects
Qualifications
- 5+ years of licensed electrical experience (journeyman/master preferred)
- Valid Florida electrician license (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Proven expertise in residential/commercial electrical systems
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
- Familiarity with energy-efficient and smart home technologies
- OSHA 10/30 certification or willingness to obtain
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/on-call
