Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial properties
- Interpret blueprints and technical specifications to ensure code-compliant installations
- Diagnose electrical malfunctions using advanced testing equipment
- Coordinate with contractors, property managers, and clients for project execution
- Adhere to NFPA 70E safety standards and OSHA regulations
- Train apprentices on best practices and safety protocols
- Complete detailed documentation for each project completion
Qualifications
- Valid Florida Electrician License (Class A or B)
- Minimum 5 years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification required
- Expertise in conduit bending, circuit installation, and troubleshooting
- Strong knowledge of Miami-Dade County building codes
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
