Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial properties
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations
- Diagnose electrical issues using testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Manage project timelines and coordinate with other trades
- Maintain detailed work records and client communication logs
- Perform safety inspections and recommend upgrades
Qualifications
- Valid Tennessee electrical license (Journeyman or Master)
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on electrical experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong knowledge of NEC codes and local regulations
- Experience with residential, commercial, and industrial systems
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
