Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications to ensure compliance with NEC and local codes
- Diagnose electrical faults using testing equipment and implement effective solutions
- Supervise junior electricians and apprentices while maintaining safety protocols
- Manage project timelines, material inventory, and client communication
- Perform system upgrades and energy-efficient retrofits for diverse clientele
- Document all work performed and maintain accurate service records
Qualifications
- Valid Tennessee electrician license (Journeyman or Master required)
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on electrical experience
- Proven expertise with residential, commercial, and industrial systems
- OSHA 10-hour certification and commitment to workplace safety
- Strong diagnostic skills with multimeters, circuit testers, and other diagnostic tools
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces or at heights
- Valid Tennessee driver's license and clean driving record
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
