Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure all work complies with NEC and Pennsylvania state regulations
- Diagnose electrical faults using testing equipment and troubleshooting methods
- Coordinate with contractors and clients to ensure project timelines are met
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and adhere to safety protocols
- Mentor junior electricians and assist with team training initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional electrical experience
- Pennsylvania Journeyman Electrician license required
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong diagnostic skills and knowledge of modern electrical systems
- Ability to work independently and in diverse environments
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings/weekends for emergencies
