Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and water heaters
- Diagnose plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools and provide accurate repair solutions
- Perform emergency weekend service calls with prompt response times
- Ensure all work complies with California plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Provide excellent customer service and explain technical solutions clearly to homeowners
- Collaborate with team members on complex plumbing projects and system upgrades
- Maintain accurate service records and inventory for assigned tools/equipment
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional plumbing experience with valid California plumbing license
- Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems, fixtures, and pipe materials
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple weekend service calls efficiently
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and safety protocols
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and perform outdoor tasks
- Strong communication skills and professional appearance
- Experience with trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting technologies preferred
