Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential/commercial plumbing systems including fixtures, pipes, water heaters, and drains
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools and troubleshooting methods
- Perform emergency weekend service calls with rapid response times for urgent leaks/bursts
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes, safety regulations, and company protocols
- Provide clear estimates and transparent billing to homeowners and business clients
- Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize weekend route efficiency and client satisfaction
- Maintain inventory and service vehicle cleanliness between weekend shifts
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on plumbing experience with weekend shift history preferred
