Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential/commercial plumbing systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot pipe leaks, clogs, and fixture malfunctions
- Perform hydro-jetting and sewer line inspections
- Ensure compliance with Chicago plumbing codes and OSHA standards
- Provide emergency service calls during assigned on-call rotations
- Complete detailed work orders and customer documentation
- Mentor junior technicians on best practices
Qualifications
- Valid Illinois plumbing license (Plumber or Apprentice)
- Minimum 3 years verifiable plumbing experience
- Proficiency in trenchless pipe repair methods
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent customer communication skills
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
