Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with residential and commercial installations, repairs, and maintenance.
- Prepare work areas, organize tools, and ensure job sites are clean and safe.
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Perform basic electrical tasks such as mounting outlets, switches, and light fixtures.
- Transport materials and equipment to and from job sites efficiently.
- Adhere strictly to all local building codes and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED preferred (or equivalent life experience).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong desire to learn the trade and work well in a team environment.
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating.
