Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems
- Diagnose and resolve complex pipe, fixture, and drainage issues
- Perform water heater and boiler maintenance/repairs
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations
- Manage inventory and order necessary plumbing materials
- Provide expert consultation to clients on plumbing solutions
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid California plumbing license (C-36) required
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Proficiency in pipefitting, soldering, and trenchless technologies
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Commercial plumbing experience highly preferred
- Reliable transportation and tools of the trade
- Excellent customer communication skills
