Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose issues using advanced diagnostic tools and digital inspection cameras
- Ensure compliance with California plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Manage inventory of tools and materials on job sites
- Provide detailed reports to project managers and homeowners
- Train apprentices on modern plumbing techniques and safety protocols
- Coordinate with electricians and contractors for integrated system installations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid California Plumbing License (C-36)
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Proficiency with trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting systems
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Experience with smart home plumbing systems (Wi-Fi valves, leak detection)
