Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely service delivery
- Comply with Washington State plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
- Provide clear communication and exceptional customer service
- Maintain accurate service records and inventory management
Qualifications
- Valid Washington State plumbing license (Journeyman or Master)
- Minimum 4 years of professional plumbing experience
- Expertise in pipefitting, fixture installation, and water heater systems
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Physical stamina for confined spaces and heavy lifting
