Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties
- Diagnose and resolve complex plumbing issues including leaks, clogs, and pipe damage
- Interpret blueprints and technical specifications for system installations
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication
- Manage inventory and order necessary materials for projects
- Mentor junior technicians and maintain quality standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid Arizona Plumbing Journeyman or Master license
- Proficiency with pipefitting, welding, and trenchless technologies
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Physical stamina for lifting (50+ lbs) and confined space work
- Clean driving record and valid Class C driver's license
- Drug-free workplace compliance required
- Experience with water conservation systems a plus
