Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems (pipes, fixtures, water heaters)
- Diagnose issues using advanced tools and technology
- Perform emergency service calls with quick response times
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety standards
- Train apprentices and junior team members
- Manage inventory and equipment maintenance
- Provide exceptional customer service and job site cleanup
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid Texas plumbing license or equivalent certification
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics
- Knowledge of backflow prevention and water treatment systems
- Valid driver's license and clean record
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
