Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques
- Perform pipefitting, fixture installation, and water heater services
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Provide emergency plumbing services during after-hours when required
- Manage inventory and order necessary plumbing materials
- Train apprentices on best practices and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid Massachusetts plumbing license (journeyman level)
- Proficiency with pipefitting, welding, and drain cleaning equipment
- Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics
- Strong problem-solving skills for complex plumbing issues
- Physical ability to work in confined spaces and lift heavy materials
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Willingness to travel between Boston and Florida locations
