Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose pipe leaks, clogs, and fixture malfunctions using advanced diagnostic tools
- Perform water heater installations, backflow prevention, and pipe rehabilitation
- Adhere to local building codes, OSHA standards, and safety protocols
- Manage inventory, order materials, and maintain service vehicles
- Provide emergency plumbing services 24/7 on rotation basis
- Mentor junior technicians and optimize service workflows
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on plumbing experience with valid Michigan license
- Ohio certification preferred for cross-state operations
- Proficiency in trenchless pipe repair, hydro-jetting, and video inspection
- Strong diagnostic abilities for complex plumbing systems
- Clean driving record and valid Class B CDL
- OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
